Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order arrives. To get started, email us at support@leli-bub.com. Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Requests made after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
How to Return an Item

- Package Carefully: Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Responsibility: The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
After your return arrives, it will be reviewed. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 days. No restocking deductions will be made.

Order Cancellation
